• In most of the cases Crack GPSC standard delivery time will be displayed on website at the time of order placement. Crack GPSC shall exercise reasonable endeavors to ensure that any product ordered on the website is shipped within such timeline subject to availability of the Product(s). However, Customer understands and confirms that Crack GPSC shall not be held responsible for any delay in shipment due to circumstances beyond the control of Crack GPSC and due to any lapses on the part of the Courier. What are the delivery charges?
• As per delivery chanel and weight, the charges are mentioned on Books section at every book. Normally free delivery in case of delivery in Gujarat, if courier service is available.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
• It is possible that we or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
• We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified – 4 to 8 Business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

• Its “No longer needed”.

Guidelines for Return/Exchange:
• For Products purchased on Crack GPSC, in the event the customer has any concern with the Product, the customer shall inform to Crack GPSC Customer care within 48 Hours of product delivery.
• Customer must share video with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity issue.
• If customer is sharing photographs of product it must be four angle photograph (Videography will be highly appreciated).
